The Town of Canandaigua Republican Committee Endorses the Following Candidates
April 17, 2024 – At a recent meeting, the Town of Canandaigua Republican Committee proudly announced the endorsement of the following local and state Candidates for the 2024 General Election.
Representative CLAUDIA TENNEY, Senator PAM HELMING, Assemblyman JEFF GALLAHAN, Ontario County Treasurer JEFFREY E. TUCKER (to fill a vacancy), and Town Clerk/Tax Collector CRYSTELYN LASKE (to fill a vacancy).
These strong candidates are ready to fight for the people. We are watching as gas prices are beginning to climb, prices at the grocery store continue to increase, the 'catch-and-release' policy of allowing criminals to continue on repeated crime sprees, the growing need for adequate health and mental health assistance, and more. We are incredibly encouraged that our endorsed Representative CLAUDIA TENNEY, Senator PAM HELMING and Assemblyman JEFF GALLAHAN will defend and meet the needs of the people, offering real solutions to NYS and Federal challenges.
Our Ontario County Treasurer JEFFREY TRICKLER has served as Deputy Treasurer under Ontario County Treasurer Gary Baxter. Jeffrey is a former Geneva Police Chief and has been endorsed by Gary Baxter. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Geneva Knights of Columbus.
Town Clerk CRYSTELYN LASKE's focus is one of public service, delivering efficient and responsive services to Town residents. Having made a commitment to our community, she continues her quest for up-to-date training having attended the NYS Town Clerk Association Conference, the NY Association of Local Government Records Officers Conference, the Southern Tier West 28th Annual Local Government Conference, the NYS Committee on Open Government FOIL and Open Meetings Law Training, and this year's 2024 Newly Elected Town Officials School.
Sincerely,
Town of Canandaigua Republican Committee

David Sauter – Vice-Chairman
