The wording used in the description on the sample ballot is misleading. It doesn’t tell you what is on the “other side of the coin”. It doesn’t tell you how it will destroy girls’ and womens’ sports, how it will affect your rights as a parent, how illegals will benefit and citizens and legal migrants will pay the price. Nor does it tell you how it could be a basis for non-citizens to vote in New York elections, or how your taxes will be used.

The so-called “Equal Rights Amendment” would constitutionalize discrimination against women, girls, tax-paying citizens, and parents in the perverted name of “anti-discrimination”.
